										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2013 Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) Communities that Care Award</p>
<p>ROSC (Recovery Oriented Systems of Care) &#8211; Communities that Care Award will honor outstanding individuals or groups whose work has successfully created, enhanced, or promoted organizational change, effective collaborative practices, and promote healthy living.</p>
<p>The Albion Community Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition (ACSAPC) and Substance Abuse Prevention Services (SAPS) welcomes nominations on behalf of government officials, community leaders, law enforcement professionals, child welfare workers, court professionals, medical personnel, educators, treatment providers, prevention experts, probation and corrections officers, youth serving organizations, youth, and others who provide services to drug endangered children and their families in our community.</p>

<p>The Communities that Care award was established in 2012 by the Coalition, SAPS and then the Mayor&#8217;s Youth Council. More than five individuals and organizations were honored last year. They include:</p>
